150mA LDO ELM81 Series

The ELM81 series is a low dropout CMOS voltage regulator.

It is a low power consumption type with an output current of 150mA and a typical consumption current of 1μA. You can choose whether or not to include the chip enable function. The output voltage can be set in increments of 0.1V within the range of 1.5V to 5.0V. It supports thermal shutdown and current limiting protection circuit functions. It is a space-saving design that can use low ESR ceramic capacitors for input and output capacitors.

『TPS7A16』

60V LDO 'TPS7A16' with enable/power good, 5μA Iq, 100mA.

The ultra-low power consumption low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator TPS7A16 family offers the advantages of ultra-low quiescent current, high input voltage, miniaturization, and high thermal efficiency packaging. The TPS7A16 family features an enable pin (EN) compatible with standard CMOS logic and an open-drain active-high power good output (PG) with user-programmable delay. These pins are intended for use in microcontroller-based battery-powered applications where power rail sequencing is required. Furthermore, the TPS7A16 is ideal for generating low voltage power from multi-cell solutions, ranging from power tool packs with many cells to automotive applications. This device can not only supply a stabilized voltage rail but also maintain regulation during voltage transients. *For more details, please contact us.*
